If you have an upcoming event or wedding, purchase the personalized products for your event ASAP. For personalized products, there is artwork, proofing, production, and shipment time all prior to delivery at your door. We recommend planning ahead to avoid rush production and shipping fees, not to mention peace of mind. 

We do have a "RUSH MY ORDER" product option for those orders that need to be in hand fast. Always note on your order the "in hands" date you're shooting for. This will help our production team with planning.  

For non-personalized items, allow 7 working days for processing, packing and preparing to ship the product, plus shipping time. For example, if you pay with a credit card on a Monday, your credit card processing company will typically take 2-3 days to approve the charge. Once the payment is approved, the order will move into our Order Fulfillment Center to be processed and packed.  Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received. 

If you need an order RUSHED, search the "RUSH MY ORDER" feature and add that paid service to your order.  This will move your order to the front of the Order Fulfillment line, typically, a 2-3 day turn around time, plus shipping time.  Also, select the shipping service that will best meet your need in hands by date.  

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping method. 

If you'd like expedited shipping, note that at the end of your order and you must pay for that method of shipping, when the order is placed.
