We will allow returned items, if they are not personalized, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in same condition that they were shipped. No exceptions. Once the item is returned to Frill Seekers, we will issue a refund in the same method that the item was paid for.

DETAILS: Personalized and custom made to order items are nonrefundable. Items for return must be in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery. Holiday items are a final sale, as are sale items. This includes all beaded items and stationery. 

FULL RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. If the purchase was made online, email FrillSeekersGifts@cox.net within 7 days, to obtain a Return Authorization number. You'll add this number to outside of the box. Returns without a RA# will not be processed. 

DAMAGE IN SHIPPING

If by chance, an item is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt, so that we can file a claim with the shipper within their claim policy number of days. Once the 14 days has passed, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or file a claim. You can try to file a claim on your end with the shipper, as the recipient. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized products, rush, enhanced shipping fees, and gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (If applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are a final sale. 

EXCHANGES

If a non-personalized item needs to be exchanged, please return the item by shipping it to the address below with the details of what you'd like to return, the original Order Number, details of what you'd like to exchange the item for and your payment information to cover the shipping of sending the item back to you. Email our Order Fulfillment Team at FrillSeekersGifts@cox.net BEFORE the item is shipped to receive an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, which must be included in the package to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
